WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

All over the world as we are online only right now. We do have a booth at Vintage Marketplace in Winfield, AL you can shop at Tuesday-Saturday.


WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

Customer Service hours Monday-Friday 10-5:30 (central)

Vintage Marketplace store hours are as follows:

Tuesday - Friday: 10am - 8pm

Saturday: 10am - 2pm


WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards.


HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

FREE!


DO YOU GIVE REFUNDS?

We do not offer refunds. Store credit will be issued within 3 days after we receive your returned item(s) from you. You will be notified via email that the store credit has been issued.


HOW DO I RETURN?

To return an unworn item, please review the Return Policy.  Within the Policy is a Return Form that will need to be included with your return, and shipped to:

DO I PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

Yes, the customer is responsible for return shipping.


WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY SHIPMENT? 

Yes! Please allow 12-24 business hours for the postal service to process the package as it must be scanned at the location of departure before you are able to follow the shipment.


HOW DO YOUR SIZES RUN?

We carry a vast variety of different brands. Each brand and style fits differently. Some items include a size chart, but however if you have further questions you can email or call for more help about a clothing size.
